As part of Huba Control, you can expect to work independently within a flat hierarchy, flexible working hours and a wide range of additional services - from the staff restaurant to the company's own sports club.

The flexible working hours allow you to plan your working day individually. Within the time frame from 06:00 to 23:00, you can organise your tasks independently without being tied to fixed block times. The weekly target working time is 42 hours, whereby one hour is shown separately as catch-up time.
